Malmaison Manchester

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, making it easy for us to travel. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with recently decorated rooms that were spacious and had cool decor. The facilities, including the resident bar and restaurant, were great. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and evening meals, as well as great cocktails and drinks in the bar area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience more fun.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the train station and within walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and is delicious. The staff are helpful and attentive, providing prompt service. Plus, the reception/bar area has a great ambiance, with a DJ playing.

The only drawback was the lack of tea and coffee in the room, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Location next to restaurant as well as the centre. For shots visit Blounge, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Nothing not to love.

I loved the room on the 5th floor, the bed was very spacious. The breakfast offered pastries, tea and toast, was for the price.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and approachable, and always willing to help with any requests. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and the city centre. We really appreciated the welcome drink, and the room amenities were great, including the free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The on-site dining and bar options were very good too.

That the service was poor, which made us recommend this hotel more for couples or solo travelers than for families. However, overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay here, and we loved the leisure spa & wellness facilities, including the sauna and massage treatments.

Overall really great stay of the hotel. Everything was excellent, including staff and location, its great wi-fi. The check-in was quick, we really enjoyed downstairs bar.

The stay was absolutely very nice. Staff and location were high quality, and the hotel itself was unique.

Convenient location near train station, comfortable bed, helpful reception staff. Disabled room had dangerously hot shower, but staff offered free breakfast and were concerned about the issue. Some aspects of the room and hotel were worn, but overall decent. Could hear noise from other rooms.

A brand-new property, clean, perfect location for Manchester as it's close to the train station.

Clean and boutique accom with lovely location so close to a bus journey to Trafford Centre, train station and Canal Street. Plenty of outstanding food for full English breakfast. Could use their overnight parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this relaxing and chilled hotel close to the town center. The spa package was worth every penny, the food was amazing, and the massage was one of the best I've had. The spacious room with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains provided a peaceful and restful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly. It was the perfect place for a child-free night away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Approachable staff, brand new bathroom & comfy beds - all for a special stay. We were in a standard twin room with an electronic key card, flat-screen television and ironing facilities. The service was efficient too.

Great location, close to train station and short walk to attractions. Comfortable bed and excellent food in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Accessible bar for wheelchair users.
